Had something similar a couple of days ago, Google doctored it, probably a blister because i rubbed my eyes to much (it can happen); it was gone the next day.

I have something similar that is permanent. It’s called surfers eye and it sucks. Gets irritated from my eye lids and super sensitive to dry air.
